In the last 16 years, Karen has become a leading marketing and communications practitioner.

Karen allies an exceptional analytical and practical mind with a commitment to quality and customer service that sets her apart from anyone else in the industry.

Karen’s relationships with media are exemplary, and a key input factor into her successful delivery. Karen has focused on clients in the technology and IT space for over a decade.

Before becoming a communication’s consultant, Karen worked in the PR industry for 12 years in which she gained invaluable experience as a PR account manager working with some of South Africa’s top IT companies.

Karen began her working career as a qualified teacher, but was lured into the IT industry and hasn’t looked back.

Karen enjoys being outdoors, loves all things tech, is a dedicated mother and is passionate about astronomy, dogs (especially Labradors), horses, the bushveld, aeroplanes and her business.

In her spare time, Karen assists with the PR and marketing for the South African Air Force Museum Spitfire Restoration Project and is a member of the steering committee.

Spitfire, serial number 5518, went through a full restoration to flying condition in the early 1990s. Sadly, due to an engine failure, this plane crashed on 16 April 2000, at an air show at Swartkop. The remains were salvaged and placed into storage. In 2015, the SAAF gave approval for the restoration of this aircraft.
